Returns & Refund Policy
Attention: As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we cannot accept returns on products once they have been received and opened. We can instead offer you to keep the product and a partial refund or a free replacement if the item is defective.
Please examine your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong item to let us follow up on the issue. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. If the product you received is damaged, faulty, soiled, broken or otherwise defective we will gladly replace the item for you at no additional cost within 30 days of the original purchase. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights which vary from state to state, province to province, and nation to nation.
