Returns & Refund

Attention: As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we cannot accept returns on products once they have been received and opened. We can instead offer you to keep the product and a partial refund or a free replacement if the item is defective.

Please examine your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong item to let us follow up on the issue. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. If the product you received is damaged, faulty, soiled, broken or otherwise defective we will gladly replace the item for you at no additional cost within 30 days of the original purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds if you just change your mind after receiving their order. Please note that defects or damage caused by misuse, over-usage, incorrect usage or product abuse are not covered in this warranty.

Offering refunds is performed on a case-by-case basis and it is subject solely to the discretion of our team and does not apply to certain product issues or prolonged shipping times. Some states, provinces, and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights which vary from state to state, province to province, and nation to nation. Please contact us if the aforementioned limitations do not apply to the country or state you live in.

If we receive your request, our team will follow up on your claim and may contact you for further information if required. After that, we will decide if your case is eligible for reimbursement and will send you an email to notify you of our decision. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and you will be reimbursed to your original method of payment.

The repayment should appear in your bank within about a week but actual processing time is subject to the policy of your bank. In case you have not received your reimbursement, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, since it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
